Kerri Ellen Eggleston founder of: INTERIORS BY KEE provided Interior Design Consultancy services in conjunction with KEE DESIGN CONSTRUCT a turn-key property development business, including finding suitable land acquisition and build by: KDC BUILDERS PTY LTD.
Services include but not limited to: Initial concept designs and final plans, client prestart consultancy, source and selection of suitable coastal tolerant external and internal building products, fixtures and fittings, build specifications, product and design selections for 3 x triplex homes, including, appliances, lighting, video intercom, colour consultation (Interior & Exterior).
Site attendance during building, preparation of defect and/or rectification reports with photos. Project cashflow, client liaison, supplier and subcontractor liaison, scope of works with quote requests.
Liaison with key stakeholders including KEE DESIGN CONSTRUCT, KDC BUILDERS PTY LTD and clients. (Cost Plus Contract)
